Sign up, choose 'Start a family', and your workspace is created automatically. You can then invite parents and children with a secure email link, shareable link or 6-digit child sign-in code.

Yes. Every new family owner gets a 14-day free trial of HOME Premium with no card required. After the trial, you can continue on HOME Free or upgrade to Premium.

Yes. Every adult and child gets their own secure login with the right permissions. Parents share the same controls, and children see only what they need to.

Younger children can use a 6-digit sign-in code from the Family screen. Older children and adults can use an email invitation link.

Yes. Create a placeholder child profile and assign tasks, goals or homework straight away — everything transfers when they accept the invite.

Open the Family screen, find the invitation and delete it. Then create a fresh invitation. Old codes are automatically removed once used or expired.

Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a secure link to reset your password.

Yes. You can set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom schedule. Recurring tasks regenerate automatically so you don't have to re-enter them.

Parents attach a reward amount to a task. When a child completes the task and a parent approves it, the reward is added to their balance. Parents can also deduct amounts for missed responsibilities.

Children can see their balance, track savings goals, and watch progress grow. Withdrawals or spending are managed by parents in the real world — HOME tracks the balance.

HOME Premium unlocks advanced features like family finances, debts, reports, Family Insights, meal planning, recipe book, unlimited members and premium notifications.

HOME Premium is £5.99 per month, or £59.99 per year (equivalent to £4.99 per month). Every family starts with a 14-day free trial.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or through Stripe's secure customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

No. HOME uses Stripe for secure, PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store your card number.

Yes. Every family has a completely isolated workspace. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or shared with advertisers.

No. Children see only their own tasks, allowance, goals and homework, plus shared family events and shopping lists. Private events and adult financial details stay hidden.

HOME uses secure authentication, isolated databases, row-level security policies, and only allows role-based access. Family owners control who can join and what they can see.
